Automatically import transactions

With direct bank feeds you can automatically import your financial transactions into your accounting software, without the need to do it manually or to use a third party. Once set up, automatically retrieve transactional data from Nedbank to your accounting provider on a daily basis. The data is imported to your accounting package where it can be reviewed and categorised by you or your book keeper.

Current data

Direct bank feeds flow into accounts daily, to get an accurate view of what's coming in, what's going out and when.

Setting up your direct feed

For the best experience with your direct feed, we recommend a daily statement cycle for the accounts you are linking. If you're a business or Private Clients accountholder, ask your banker to change this setting or visit your nearest branch.

For the best experience with the direct feed, we recommend a daily statement frequency.

Your direct feed synchronises transactions that are marked as final by Nedbank. When transactions are pending, they are not considered final and therefore will not be synchronised via the direct feed. Once the transactions have been processed and considered final, they will be sent through.

A statement is marked as final when the cycle date is reached. For example, with a daily cycle, it will be at the end of the day. With a weekly cycle, it will be after 7 days. With a monthly cycle, it will be once a month, at the end of the month.

Contact your relationship banker or call the Nedbank small business contact centre to change your statement frequency.
